Dr. Ronson Dykstra
DC, Owner
Dr. Ronson Dykstra is the clinic owner and one of the doctors at Mission Health Center, one of the top natural health clinics serving Middle Tennessee. He was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan where he established his first practice following graduation from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Ronson has been practicing corrective chiropractic care for more than 19 years. His Mission is to help the Franklin community by empowering people with the knowledge and action steps to develop a healthier lifestyle through chiropractic, nutrition, and exercise.

When not at Mission Health Center, Dr. Ronson spends his time with his wife, Rachel, and their two children, Charlotte and Oliver. They enjoy exploring, camping, boating, and swimming together as a family. Dr. Ronson is an avid athlete from swimming, playing water polo and rugby to competing in triathlons.
Education: Palmer College of Chiropractic
Techniques/Specialities: Full Spine, Pettibon, Chiropractic BioPhysics, Activator, Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson Drop, and Active Release Techniques.
Dr. Allison High
DC
Dr. Allison High grew up in Battle Creek, Michigan and was not introduced to chiropractic care until she was in college but she quickly found it to be her purpose in life. Dr. Allison graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science and continued on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Allison has always had a passion for helping others and she loves that she gets to do that through chiropractic care. Her favorite pastimes include burning off stress by being creative so it’s likely you will find some of her artwork around the office! When not at work, you can find Dr. Allison spending time with her husband, Kyle, and their dog, Charlie. She loves to attend concerts and dance like no one is watching so she is extremely excited for all that Nashville has to offer!
Rachel Dykstra
General Manager
Rachel Dykstra is our general manager. She was born in Troy, Ohio where she attended Troy Christian and grew up playing sports and water skiing. She went on to study exercise science at Palm Beach Atlantic in Florida. Rachel began pursuing her passion for health and joined her brother Dr. Josh Axe in building a wellness clinic in Nashville, Tennessee. During this time they discovered their mom had cancer for the second time. Her family made a complete lifestyle turn around and helped encourage and coach their mom through holistic cancer treatments! Through this approach Rachel’s mom is now cancer free and doing amazing!

It is through this holistic approach to health care that she met her husband, Dr. Ronson and they continued this journey as they opened Mission Health Center together. Rachel’s greatest joys are her two children, Charlotte and Oliver. She continues to be shaped by the gift of being their mother.
Michaela
Front Desk Coordinator
Michaela is one of our Front Desk Coordinators. She’s usually the first face you see when you walk through the doors of Mission Health Center. She is originally from Australia but has called the US home for 2 years now. She loves people, Jesus and her husband Ryan and their little baby child on the way! Loving people well is her passion, whether here at home or the mission field in other countries. Give her a call today, she will be more than happy to help you with anything you need!
Molly
Front Desk Coordinator
Molly grew up in Owensboro Kentucky. But is a fresh face to the Nashville/ Franklin area. Her and her husband, Spencer, moved here in December of 2020 and have loved it ever since! Her passion for people and connecting with others is the best addition to the team. She is active in her Church community at Legacy Nashville. Her and her husband love kayaking, beach trips, and as always hanging with their dog, Kirby. She is fun loving and always full of energy so she can give joy to everyone around her!
Julie
Technical Coordinator
Julie Kida-Bullard is the Technical Coordinator here at Mission Health Center. She grew up primarily in Austin, TX and studied holistic health counseling at Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Julie has always had a passion for leading people to live their healthiest, happiest life, and loves that she’s able to do that through working in the chiropractic world. When not working, Julie enjoys hiking, weightlifting, working on her music and spending time with her husband, Nathan, and their two huskies, Lilah and Shimmer.
